As a family-owned business, they combine the stability of a long-term employer with the pace of an industry going through rapid technological change.\nThey are currently building a new SAP Service Center in Cluj-Napoca, which will support and develop their international SAP landscape. This is a genuine build-from-scratch opportunity - the team is being formed now, and the people who join early will help shape how it works.\nAbout the role\nAs an SAP ABAP Developer, you will support and enhance an SAP landscape used across multiple countries and business units. Your work will span support cases, change requests and small enhancement projects across the FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, PS and WM modules.\nYou will work closely with functional consultants who translate business needs into requirements, and you will turn those requirements into working solutions. Communication with colleagues in Germany happens in English, German is not required.\nThe organisation is preparing for a transition to SAP S/4HANA, which means you will have the opportunity to work with modern SAP technologies alongside the classic ABAP stack.\nResponsibilities\nABAP development: reports, enhancements, forms, interfaces and interactive transactions\n\nAnalysis and technical implementation of change requests\n\nDebugging and performance optimisation\n\nClose collaboration with SAP functional consultants across FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, PS and WM\n\nWriting and maintaining technical documentation\n\nContributing to technical improvement and optimisation initiatives\n\nQualifications\n2-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development\n\nSolid knowledge of reports, BAdIs, user exits and enhancements\n\nExperience with forms (SmartForms and/or Adobe Forms)\n\nWorking knowledge of interfaces: IDoc, RFC, BAPI\n\nExperience with debugging and performance tuning\n\nBasic understanding of SAP FI, CO, SD, MM, PP and WM processes\n\nFluent English (German is not required)\n\nStructured, team-oriented working style\n\nNice to have: experience with SAP S/4HANA, CDS Views, OData services, Fiori/UI5, basic knowledge of SAP authorization concepts.\nWhy GetFrankly?\nAt GetFrankly we are guiding talent and creating futures.\nWe understand that a career move is not just about a new role -
