Join our diverse and passionate team, and build a career that inspires growth, purpose, and meaningful impact.\nWe’re looking for a driven Account Manager to join our Infection Control team at Getinge, based in Brisbane and covering the our Northern Queensland Territory.\nThis role comes with a well established territory, and we’re seeking someone ready to own their business, build strong customer relationships, and deliver sustainable growth.\nYour focus will be:\nEndoscopy Reprocessing - lead our growth in this high-potential segment.\n\nCSSD Consumables - drive fast-paced sales cycles and expand recurring business.\n\nCSSD Capital Equipment - leverage our strong brand to deliver long-term solutions.\n\nIn your first 3 months, you’ll focus on building knowledge and developing relationships. By 6 months, you’ll be out in the field conducting deep needs assessments and positioning Getinge as the partner of choice.\nYou’ll be supported by a strong team of specialists across Capital, Consumables, and Endoscopy, but this is an autonomous, account manager role where you’ll run your territory like your own business. Expect regular travel across regional Queensland and occasional interstate trips.\nAbout the role:\nImplement and execute the Infection Control strategic sales plan across Queensland.\n\nManage and grow existing accounts while developing new business opportunities across capital equipment and consumables.\n\nBuild strong, long-term relationships with key decision makers in hospitals and healthcare facilities.\n\nAchieve revenue growth targets across consumables for stability and recurring sales, while also driving capital growth in long-cycle, high-value projects.\n\nConduct detailed market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and contribute insights to business strategy.\n\nRepresent Getinge at regional and national industry events, meetings, and training sessions.\n\nTreat your territory as your own business, balancing travel, account coverage, and reporting requirements.\n\nAbout you:\nYou’re a natural hunter who thrives on building relationships and uncovering opportunities.
