You just found it.\nKey Responsibilities:\nEnsure timely and high-quality delivery of assigned RtR activities in line with defined deadlines.\nProcess financial transactions, including Journal Entries, Fixed Assets postings and bank statement accounting.\nPerform Balance Sheet reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and ensure timely resolution of outstanding items.\nManage Intercompany accounting activities, including AP invoices, AR invoices, ICR balance reconciliation and netting settlements.\nPrepare Balance Sheet and Income Statement reporting in Cognos.\nPerform month-end closing activities and ensure compliance with internal control requirements.\nPrepare daily, periodic and ad-hoc reports and analyses.\nCooperate closely with Business Partners and other teams to resolve accounting-related issues.\nContribute to the creation and maintenance of process documentation.\nParticipate in process improvement initiatives and support ongoing projects within the RtR area.\nOur Requirements:\nEducational background in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Controlling.\nMinimum 2 years of experience in accounting within an SSC/BPO environment, including at least 1 year of experience in RtR/General Ledger.\nGood understanding of accounting principles and month-end closing activities.\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.\nEnglish, written and spoken, at minimum B2 level.\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.\nGood interpersonal and communication skills.\nProactive approach and problem-solving mindset.\nAbility to work effectively under deadlines and during busy closing periods.\nKnowledge of SAP will be a strong asset.\nExperience in process transitions and/or process improvements will be an advantage.\n#LI-MD1\nAbout us\nWith a firm belief that every person and community should have access to the best possible care, Getinge provides hospitals and life science institutions with products and solutions aiming to improve clinical results and optimize workflows.
