He/ She will develop and implement the China Business Strategy to fulfill the local targets of External sales, Order intake, Contribution margin, expenses, working capital, and market share growth\nJob Responsibilities and Essential Duties\nSales, Distributor management (55%)\nDevelop sales plan with the region to align with the company marketing and sales plan and priorities;\nExecute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans to achieve sales target with comprehensive KPIs\nContribute on feedback and suggestions to improve sales efficiency, ROI and marketing program\nDevelop distributors and set up channel system to drive sales and promote revenues\nBuild and maintain good working relationship with distributors and agents\nCustomers Development and Maintenance (25%)\nInterface sales channel and visit existing and potential end user to help resolve problem to ensure overall customer satisfaction.\nOthers (20%)\nOther tasks assigned by the line manager\nEstablish effective relationship and collaboration with other departments\nMinimum Requirements\nJunior college degree or above in any majors\nMinimum 3 years working experience with sales manager in healthcare industry\nRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities\nStrong communication skills and organizational talent\nAbility to work independently, mature and resourcefully.
