You just found it.\nJob Overview\nPerforms and supports all activities for Inspection Test and Measurement Equipment (ITME) for the Cardiac Assist Hardware (CAHW) Cardiac Assist Disposables (CADI), Cardiac Surgery (CS), and Service Sales Unit (SSU) businesses. Responsible for the control of all ITME and scheduling of calibration with vendors and ITME owners. Properly utilizes the tools and methods for calibration to ensure that all ITME is properly calibrated. Identifies out of tolerance (OOT) calibrations and provides support to OOT Investigators.\nJob Responsibilities and Essential Duties\nEnsures scheduling of outside vendors in accordance with established calibration frequencies.\nCoordinates with site facilities Management and ITME owners to issue and control all scheduled calibrations to prevent use of out of calibration ITME assets.\nMonitor calibration schedule to ensure necessary ITME equipment is properly calibrated in a timely manner.\nEnsure results of ITME calibrations are recorded using the designated calibration software.\nInvestigate calibration results of ITME assets found out of tolerance (OOT) of its designated accuracy.\nCoordinate troubleshooting and repair of test equipment as required.\nThis is not an inclusive list of job responsibilities.\nMinimum Requirements\nHS degree or equivalent required. Associate’s degree and/or related certifications is preferred\nAbility to work Monday - Friday 7AM - 3:30PM\n2+ years QA experience with working knowledge of calibration procedures and practices.\n2 years related experience in an FDA regulated industry is preferred. \nMedical device or pharmaceutical experience is preferred\nRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities\nMust have knowledge of metrology skills including a sound understanding dimensional tolerances and usage of precise mechanical measurement instruments.\nBasic proficiency with Microsoft Office Products such as Word and Excel or equivalent software applications is preferred.\nMust have good oral and written communication skills\nPay Rate: $33 - $35 / hour + EIP\n(This role is eligible for participation in our Excellence Incentive Plan (EIP), an annual incentive program that rewards performance against financial and operational goals)\nAbout us\nWith a firm belief that every person and community should have access to the best possible care, Getinge provides hospitals and life science institutions with products and solutions aiming to improve clinical results and optimize workflows.
