You just found it.\nJob Overview\nAs a Contract Specialist within the Getinge Commercial Support team, the position is responsible for the preparation, review, delivery and finalization of customer sales contracts in adherence with the US SSU policies and guidelines. This role serves as a vital resource in the process of completing contract documents for our SSU Field Sales Teams.\nJob Responsibilities and Essential Duties\nServe as main point of contact for review of customer paper and nonstandard customer requested changes; liaison with Legal, Finance and other teams as needed to reach resolution on requested changes.\nMaintain and oversee agreement templates used by the Commercial Support team to ensure accuracy and consistency of terms and conditions.\nDraft and review limited contract content under the guidance of an attorney. Review and approve draft language prepared by other Commercial Support team members.\nManage workflow of customer contracts to ensure timely processing.\nMaintain electronic agreement and supporting documents.\nDevelop broad knowledge of Getinge Sales teams and their respective products/services through the preparation of contracts as well as formal and informal learning opportunities.\nPrepare various customer agreement forms, such as Master agreements, purchase agreements, amendments and other customer correspondence as needed under limited supervision while identifying potential risks associated with terms and conditions.\nManage own workload to ensure customer performance expectations are met; proactively engage business team to complete contract renewal cycle.\nLeverage business experience utilizing business acumen to identify solutions to address customer concerns while aligning to Getinge business objectives.\nIdentify and assist in the implementation/communication of new contract processes as appropriate. \nProvide customer support for routine questions and inquiries received from internal clients.\nRecommend/utilize/interpret advanced data and to present documentation and analysis and resolve complex problems. \nEstablish and cultivate an extensive network of support to facilitate completion of assignments. \nSpecial projects as needed.\nRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities\nProven experience working on Sales related Contracts and an understanding of contract language and its impact.\nApplies knowledge of business concepts, procedures and practices and/or develops technologies or processes. \nAbility to comfortably work cross-functionally across all levels in the organization including, with upper management. \nStrong business acumen; ability to exercise good business judgement\nSolves complex problems and provides solutions. Troubleshoots problems.\nMust be able to work in a high-paced environment handling multiple tasks at the same time; and must maintain confidentiality of projects, legal and business information at all times.\nStrong written and oral communication and strong command of the English language as relates to proper grammar, punctuation and editing skills as required.\nTime management skills; ability to handle high volume requests\nSuperior organizational skills to maintain order of files and prioritize work.\nDemonstrate excellent attention to detail and ability to consistently produce a high-quality work product under tight deadlines\nExposure to CRM tools, Sharepoint, Microsoft Teams, contracting software and/or SAP preferred.\nProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and PowerPoint.\nMinimum Requirements\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.\nA minimum 3 years of related work experience required.\nParalegal Certificate preferred.\nExperience in the Pharmaceutical / Medical Device industries strongly preferred.\nInternal and External Contacts/Relationships\nAll levels of management and the Field organization.\nExternal customers and various departments such as Legal, Customer Service and Finance.\nEnvironmental/Safety/Physical Work Conditions\nEnsures environmental consciousness and safe practices are exhibited in decisions\nUse of computer and telephone equipment and other related office accessories/devices to complete assignments\nMay work extended hours during peak business cycles\nThe salary range for this position is between $78,000-$98,000 per year depending on experience and location + 8% STIP\nAbout us\nWith a firm belief that every person and community should have access to the best possible care, Getinge provides hospitals and life science institutions with products and solutions aiming to improve clinical results and optimize workflows.
