Our devices incorporate clinically proven and medically trusted hypothermic preservation techniques in a novel suspension system to provide unprecedented physical and thermal protection. Our product portfolio spans cardiac, thoracic, and abdominal preservation devices to improve donor organ quality and extend donor organ transport time. We are rapidly expanding into lung, liver, and other abdominal organs as well as digital platforms to support the transplant process. We are also expanding by launching clinical research initiatives in pediatric heart transplantation, lung transplantation, and liver transplantation.\nThe Creative Marketing Manager is a key marketing team member, responsible for the establishment of engaging marketing resources and implementation of our brand strategy. This role manages the conception, design, and production of all marketing materials. The Creative Marketing Manager should have extensive experience in graphic design, web development, video production and digital marketing. This position requires proficiency in multiple software packages and the ability to produce large volumes of work consistently and accurately.\nPrimary responsibilities/authority will include:\nLead website content & creative production ensuring optimal user experience (UX) & conversion optimization, driving brand awareness and lead generation\nLead video content marketing efforts, including the planning, production, and optimization of engaging video assets to drive brand awareness and audience growth\nProduce and customize market-facing content across diverse asset types tailored to technical B2B audiences including presentations, case studies, white papers, datasheets, brochures, infographics, animations, web and social ads, and other relevant form factors\nProduce compelling visual graphics, banners, landing page layouts, and multimedia content tailored for the website\nBuild and optimize landing pages designed to turn casual website visitors into qualified leads\nConceptualize and design brand presence at commercial tradeshows and events\nDevelop effective, on-brand creative platforms, campaigns, and executions\nDesign a wide range of graphics and creative assets for digital and print marketing materials, including internal/external presentations\nCreate compelling and engaging data visualizations, process flows, charts, and illustrations\nMaintain and organize creative assets in centralized repositories\nCreate, enhance, and maintain style and brand guidelines\nManage and track multiple projects simultaneously\nManage external vendors and consultants as required\nBuild strong relationships with product management, market development, and other business partners to understand and interpret Paragonix product strategy\nPosition Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in marketing/graphic design, and video production\nExperience leading small creative teams through concept, design, and copywriting.\nMastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)\nPreferred development experience in CMS environment (Webflow, Wordpress, Drupal) and digital marketing tools (Hubspot, marketo)\nExperience in video and digital delivery (AfterEffects, Premier Pro, HTML5/CSS/JavaScript)\nExperience with social media marketing and platforms a plus, but not required\nStrong communication, project management and prioritization skills\nStrong work ethic with exceptional project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment developing creative designs within tight deadlines\nCollaborative and team-oriented with excellent oral and written communications skills\nProven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks\nPhysical Requirements:\nLocation: Remote\nTravel: 5-10% globally, with primary focus in the US\nUS BASED SALARY - The minimum base salary for this position is $115,000 and the maximum salary is $120,000 plus 10% bonus.\n#LI-JF1 #LI-Remote\nAbout us\nWith a firm belief that every person and community should have access to the best possible care, Getinge provides hospitals and life science institutions with products and solutions aiming to improve clinical results and optimize workflows.
