Order Management & Customer Operations\nEnter orders, create delivery slips, and process invoicing in SAP while ensuring data accuracy and productivity.\nCoordinate with customers regarding order status, payments, deliveries, invoices, and shipping documents to ensure smooth order fulfillment.\nCommunicate with warehouses to ensure correct shipments and track deliveries to guarantee on-time and safe arrival.\nWork closely with internal departments to ensure efficient and seamless order processing.\nSend invoices and prepare payable vouchers.\nExtract order-related data and investigate shipping and sales history.\n2. Outsourcing & Team Management\nManage outsourced service providers, including performance monitoring, issue resolution, and operational governance.\nManage outsourcing team performance and KPIs.\nDevelop and deliver training on operational processes, systems, and procedures to team members and outsourced service providers.\nSupport team members in their professional development.\nCommunicate and collaborate effectively with team members and internal/external customers.\nAttend cross-functional meetings and represent the team as required.\n3. Systems, Process Improvement & Compliance\nServe as SAP Key User, providing system expertise, user support, testing, and process improvement recommendations.\nCreate and maintain SOPs, work instructions (WIs), and internal process documentation.\nImprove and optimize operational processes through continuous improvement initiatives.\nExecute operations and develop processes in compliance with company policies, regulations, and internal controls.\nMaintain and secure all required documentation to support internal and external audit requirements.\nHandle documentation and filing in accordance with company policies and guidelines.\n4. Inventory & Master Data Management\nProvide backup support for Master Data Management (MDM) team activities and operations.\nCoordinate preparation activities for consignment inventory counts, communicate requirements to relevant stakeholders, and track progress to ensure timely completion.\n5. Reporting, Planning & Business Support\nPrepare, analyze, and distribute operational and management reports to support business decision-making.\nCollaborate with other departments to monitor deal status and support achievement of planned monthly Order Intake and Net Sales targets.\nMonitor operational performance and contribute to achieving higher customer satisfaction.\nOther:\nSupport SAP trouble on SD/MM/CS fields\nMinimum Requirements 最低条件\nMinimum 5 years’ working experience in customer service\nGood communication with customer and stakeholders\nFamiliar with Microsoft Office and ERP (probably SAP)\nKnowledge of order to invoice\nRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 必要な知識、スキル、能力\nHard working spirit and proactive attitude, quick learner\nEfficient, accurate, well organized.
