You just found it.\nJob Overview\nWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team on a one-year contract. In this role, you will support inventory purchase order and sales order processing in ADC/ APAC, with the main goal to ensure availability and meet customer order and delivery requirements.\nFunctions:\nPlanning & Inventory control\nDelivery Fulfillment\nKey duties and responsibilities\nPurchase Order Management\nManage purchase order daily operations\nGenerate purchase orders to factories and DCs and monitor order status to ensure goods receipt on time.\nCommunicate scheduled delivery dates and related changes to stakeholders in a timely manner.\nCoordinate with suppliers and forwarders for inbound shipment booking, tracking and customs clearance to ensure on time arrival\nWork with forwarder to resolve cargo damage and insurance claim.\nWork with QRC to ensure registration license is available for the product import to Singapore.\nWork closely with 3PL Warehouse Ops teams to ensure stock to be received properly.\nHandle received stock discrepancies and resolved order related and nonconforming product issues.\nHandle return shipment to vendor.\nSales Order Management\nReceiving, validating, and processing sales orders.\nOrder confirmation, monitoring, rescheduling, reconfirming\nCheck product availability and liaise with planning team to ensure fulfillment of the order on the required delivery date.\nPrepare shipping documents, invoicing and other documents required by customer.\nWork closely with country teams, QA and product owners to ensure products shipped are compliant with respectively countries’ regulatory requirements (e.g. labels).\nClose follow-up and coordinate with countries to provide timely and accurate information about the order\nManage and communicate open order book regularly with countries\nControl allocation block and release\nHandling order related issues and claims.\nInventory Planning and Management\nWork closely with Strategic Planner to execute inventory planning policies and review and update planning parameters to keep optimum inventory level.\nWork closely with country planners to align on forecast, lead time, customer orders, new materials, etc.\nLiaise with suppliers on demand forecast\nWork actively together with suppliers to improve lead times and availability whilst reducing inventory levels and working capital.\nContinually monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate supply for customers while minimizing excess or expired inventory.\nMaintain and review KPI of assigned area and drive continuous improvement.\nDelivery Fulfillment\nCommunicate with warehouse for order picking, packing, shipping condition and shipment booking to ensure goods are collected and dispatched on time.\nTrace the shipment to ensure on time delivery\nEscalation points for shipment issues, clarifications and support.\nActively explore cost saving and sustainability opportunities and drive implementations.\nOthers:\nTravel to warehouse (west side of Singapore) is required occasionally.\nA strong team player with communication skills.\nPerform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Line Manager and/or the Company.\nQuality System Duties and Responsibilities\nBuild Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.\nKnowledge/Skills/Experience\nMinimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in supply chain planning and purchase sales order management.\nGood knowledge of supply chain management such as purchases order and sales order processing, inventory management, import and export trade compliance and documentation requirement, etc.\nExperienced user of SAP\nOrganized, structured, able to prioritize and multitask.\nProficient in MS office suite.\nStrong verbal and written skills in English.\nDiploma/ degree in Logistics or business-related fields.\nA team player with ability to work effectively and support each other in a cross-functional and multi-cultural environment.\nCooperative mindset, attention to detail and willingness to provide excellent customer service.\nAbout us\nWith a firm belief that every person and community should have access to the best possible care, Getinge provides hospitals and life science institutions with products and solutions aiming to improve clinical results and optimize workflows.
