You just found it.\nJob Overview\nThis position is responsible for comprehensive marketing (including 4Ps) and clinical education for Hybrid OR.\nJob Responsibilities and Essential Duties\nProduct Marketing (70%)\nIdentify clinical-based value propositions of HORT to increase win rate in respective segments.\nProduct Management: Manage PLCM of HORT portfolio to ensure rationalized product phase-in and phase-out.\nPricing: Support product pricing strategy by conducting market and competitors’ analysis\nPlace: Support product tender by partnering with sales and empowering channel partners\nCommunication: Initiate and lead campaigns to communicate value propositions of HOR.\nKOL Management: Closely collaborate with KOLs to drive clinical advocacy by establishing reference sites.\nSupport to maintain close partnership with business partners\nOther supporting work to enable marketing excellence.\nClinical Education（20%）\nAnalyze and develop clinical application practices for HOR, articulating specialty-based value story and solution differentiators.\nSupport clinical application of HORT to ensure proper usage.\nPlan and develop clinical education collaterals to empower sales and end-users.\nPlan and execute training campaigns to enhance sales and distributors competencies. \nOthers (10%)\n Lead NPD projects by coordinating cross-functional team.\n Support customer visit to showroom to clearly deliver product F&B \nMinimum Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in clinical, medical engineering or business\nMinimum 5-years working experience in marketing in related surgical domain\nClinical/procedure marketing experience in OR is highly preferred.\nRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities\nSolid marketing knowledge\nIntermediate understanding of medical and clinical application \nExcellent communication skill\nSkilled in oral and written English\nAbout us\nWith a firm belief that every person and community should have access to the best possible care, Getinge provides hospitals and life science institutions with products and solutions aiming to improve clinical results and optimize workflows.
