Join our diverse and passionate team, and build a career that inspires growth, purpose, and meaningful impact.\nBased in Brisbane, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic Projects and Service team at Getinge ANZ.\nThis is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to manage complex medical technology projects from concept to completion, while playing a key role in business development and strategic growth across the region.\nAbout the role:\nIn this role you will:\nLead the end-to-end management of healthcare and medical technology projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.\n\nCollaborate with sales, service, and product teams to support customer solutions and business development.\n\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and hospital stakeholders to build a solid pipeline of future project opportunities.\n\nManage project planning and execution through Daptiv PPM, ensuring accuracy of data and reporting on project effectiveness.\n\nEnsure compliance with contractual, regulatory, quality, and safety requirements throughout all project phases.\n\nProvide technical expertise in equipment delivery, installation, commissioning (IQ, OQ, PQ), and training coordination.\n\nContribute to continuous improvement of project processes and deliverables to enhance customer experience and performance.\n\nAbout you:\n4+ years of experience in project management, preferably within healthcare, medical technology, pharmaceutical, or hospital-based environments.\n\nProven ability to read and interpret site and service drawings, and contribute to design reviews.\n\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to lead projects independently and proactively.\n\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.\n\nA results-driven mindset with the resilience and initiative to drive outcomes and solve problems.\n\nUnderstanding of QA and WH&S requirements with a proactive approach to safety and quality compliance.\n\nA Diploma or relevant qualifications in Project Management, Business, or a related discipline (Desirable)\n\nWhat’s in it for you:\nOpportunity be part of a leading respected global health tech company -
