You just found it.\nBecome our new QA Engineer Logistics (Temporary - 1 year)\nAs a QA Engineer Logistics EMEA, you play a key role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our logistics and distribution processes across the EMEA region. You help maintain a robust Quality Management System and support the continuous improvement of quality processes within our European Distribution Center in Eindhoven.\nWith your analytical mindset, eye for detail, and collaborative approach, you contribute to delivering life-saving medical technologies to our customers while ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the supply chain.\nYour challenge:\nIn this role, you will act as a trusted quality partner for logistics operations and stakeholders across the distribution network. By combining quality expertise with a practical and hands-on approach, you will support compliance, drive continuous improvement, and help optimize product flows throughout the distribution chain.\nYou will work closely with Logistics, Quality, Supply Chain, Business Areas, and external logistics partners to ensure that quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations are consistently met.\nWhat will you do?\nSupport quality-related activities within Logistics Operations across the EMEA Distribution Center\nEnsure effective management of non-conformances, including inbound, process, premises/equipment, and outbound logistics issues\nSupport complaint investigations and ensure timely documentation, root cause analysis, and closure\nReview, approve, and maintain quality records and environmental monitoring data\nSupport the Quality Hold process and ensure effective communication and execution with internal and external stakeholders\nMaintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) and associated documentation\nIdentify improvement opportunities, implement corrective and preventive actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives\nAnalyze quality KPIs, identify trends and recurring issues, and drive actions to improve performance\nAct as a quality partner for warehouse, logistics, and distribution stakeholders\nCollaborate closely with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to ensure compliance with quality requirements\nProvide backup support within the Logistics Quality team when required\nKnowledge, skills and experience\nBachelor's degree in Quality Management, Logistics, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline\nAt least 1 year of experience within Quality, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field\nExperience within the medical device, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other regulated industries is preferred\nKnowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards\nFamiliarity with Quality Management Systems and quality processes\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nGood communication and stakeholder management capabilities\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word\nFluent in English, both written and spoken\nAbout us\nWith a firm belief that every person and community should have access to the best possible care, Getinge provides hospitals and life science institutions with products and solutions aiming to improve clinical results and optimize workflows.
