Reporting to the Director, Service & Projects ANZ, this role will provide strategic leadership to a geographically dispersed team, driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, commercial performance and people development across the region. With responsibility for approximately 30 Field Service Engineers, Team Leaders and the NSW Service Manager, this is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced operational leader to shape the future of a growing service organisation.\nAbout the role:\nIn this role you will…\nLead and inspire a high-performing service team across Queensland and New South Wales, ensuring exceptional customer outcomes and operational excellence.\nCoach and develop frontline leaders, building leadership capability and creating clear succession pathways across the region.\nDrive service performance through effective workforce planning, resource allocation and continuous improvement initiatives.\nBuild strong relationships with healthcare customers and act as the senior escalation point for complex service matters.\nPartner closely with Sales, Commercial and Operational stakeholders to support customer retention, revenue growth and business objectives.\nLead regional financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, resource utilisation and achievement of service targets.\nChampion a culture of safety, quality, accountability and employee engagement across the organisation.\nPlay a key role in organisational change initiatives, helping to shape and embed new structures and ways of working.\nAbout you:\nProven experience leading field service, technical service, maintenance or operations teams within a complex service environment.\nA people-first leader with a passion for coaching, developing and empowering leaders and teams.\nStrong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, P&L performance and operational targets.\nExperience managing geographically dispersed workforces and driving performance through frontline leadership.\nExposure to unionised environments and change management initiatives will be highly regarded.\nExceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence, collaborate and build trusted relationships at all levels.\nA strategic thinker who can balance long-term planning with operational execution.\nExperience within healthcare, medical devices, technical services or a related industry is advantageous.\nWhat’s in it for you:\nOpportunity be part of a leading respected global health tech company -
