You just found it.\nJob Overview\nOversee all India Sales team activities of generating new leads, creating new opportunities in the system, monitoring activities such as cold calls, sales visits, and planned visits also creating various multiple reports and dashboards through Sales CRM/ SAP/ Power BI as and when required by management.\nWill be a core part of Forecasting Team.\nJob Responsibilities and Essential Duties\nWill be integral part of Budgeting and Target setting team - Sales & Service Reporting\nPrepare, update and maintain sales & service Target Vs Ach Region wise, product category wise and circulate it periodically\nTo reconcile Monthly Reversals / Credit Notes with monthly financial reported figures\nReconciling Order intake & Net Sales figures with finance reported nos. from Power BI on daily basis\nPreparing creative analytical and Dynamic Sales & Service dashboards and updating the current ones in new innovative ways for better presentability\nData maintenance & upkeeping\nSAP order booking\nForecast\nWill be an integral part of business forecasting team\nCreate & update monthly forecasting scoreboard - based on Sales CRM pipeline & Open orders.\nCirculation of Forecast Vs Ach report to the team on weekly basis\nWork on Power BI report\nCreate customized Reports & Dashboards for Sales & Marketing team and to support them on daily basis\nScheduling Auto mailer of Order Intake & Net Sales reports from Power BI\nSales CRM Data Monitoring\nKeeping check on Opportunity details created by Sales team (Order intake date, product range etc.)\nUpdating customer details & Data Cleansing\nArea wise logins, activities and Visit reports monitoring & follow ups\nDuplicate data monitoring (New account creating check point, Duplicate customer, contacts, opportunities)\nNew user creation as and when required\nMonitoring and assigning Leads as and when required\nAccount tagging as per requests by Sales Heads & transferring opportunity ownerships as and when requested\nAfter obtaining Training for Sales CRM, need to provide training to New Joiners, Periodic refresher training to existing Sales team, New release / upgradation training to the sales and marketing team\nCreation of customized reports & Dashboards for All India Sales & Marketing Team as and when required by them\nDistributor management\nMaintaining Price list for standard products in SAP and updating them on yearly basis\nExtend price support to distributors with proper costings\nPayment follow-ups with Distributors\nHandle distributor complaints and resolve the same with internal sales and service support\nCoordination with Distributors for completion of training assigned\nMarketing Support\nSupport the Life Science team in complete coordination and execution of the LS events\nMaintaining the Marketing activities plan for the entire year and executing the same with support of sales and service team\nOrganize and support trade shows, user group conferences, and technical conferences as part of the campaign strategy\nDemo equipment tracking\nMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and communications and drive continuous improvements\nMinimum Requirements\nExcellent interpersonal Oral and written communication skills will be top priority\nShould be master in MS excel\nMinimum of 5-8 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree in any discipline\nFinance background and work experience in pharma setup will be an added advantage\nAbout us\nWith a firm belief that every person and community should have access to the best possible care, Getinge provides hospitals and life science institutions with products and solutions aiming to improve clinical results and optimize workflows.
