You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Salesforce solutions to support the sales, service, and marketing operations. By close collaboration with our business stakeholders, we ensure that we support our common business goals while still considering our internal and external compliance and security requirements.\nYour responsibilities\nLead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud with CPQ, Service Cloud with Field Service Management (FSM), Pardot and B2B Cloud.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\nDevelop and maintain architectural blueprints, technical designs, and documentation.\nEnsure the scalability, security, and performance of the Salesforce platform.\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to the Salesforce development team.\nBe able to collaborate with Quality Assurance.\nOversee the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.\nStay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends.\nConduct regular system audits and implement improvements to optimize the platform.\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce.\nSet up and run a Design Authority to govern architectural decisions, ensure alignment with business objectives, maintain architectural roadmaps, and maintain consistency across projects.\nYour profile\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nSalesforce Architect certifications are highly preferred.\nProven experience as a Salesforce Architect, with a focus on Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, and FSM.\nStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns.\nProficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.\nExperience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Field Service Lightning (FSL) is a plus.\nHands on experience with DevOps related topics like branching strategy, pipelines and CI scripts.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nExperience in setting up and running a Design Authority to oversee architectural governance and ensure project alignment.\nOur offer\nHigh-quality products in a life-saving environment\nAttractive conditions, 30 vacation days per year\nTrusted working hours and possibility of mobile working\nModern workplace equipment\nJobRad and corporate benefits (employee discounts)\nCareer opportunities in a well-known company\nIndividual training and further education opportunities\nAbout us\nWith a firm belief that every person and community should have access to the best possible care, Getinge provides hospitals and life science institutions with products and solutions aiming to improve clinical results and optimize workflows.
