We believe in creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and respected.\nSenior Project Manager - Operating Room / Medical Devices (M/F/D)\nPermanent contract - Italy | Home-based - Milan area | Nationwide scope\nGetinge Italia is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex technical projects within hospital and surgical environments.\nWithin our Surgical Workplace business, you will manage projects involving capital medical equipment such as operating tables, surgical lights and associated OR solutions.\nActing as a key interface between customers, Sales, technical teams, Field Project Engineers, suppliers and subcontractors, you will ensure successful project execution from customer requirements and feasibility assessment through installation and final implementation.\nYour responsibilities\nManage healthcare technical projects end-to-end, from feasibility and planning through installation and customer handover.\n\nAssess technical and economic feasibility of customer requirements.\n\nDefine project priorities, schedules and implementation plans.\n\nCoordinate internal technical teams, Field Project Engineers, suppliers and subcontractors.\n\nEnsure projects meet agreed technical requirements, quality standards and timelines.\n\nAct as a key interface with hospital customers throughout project execution.\n\nCoordinate equipment configuration, site-access documentation and installation activities.\n\nMonitor project timelines, risks, priorities and performance.\n\nCoordinate Project Specialists / Project Managers and Field Project Engineers.\n\nManage and evaluate external partners to ensure project quality and customer satisfaction.\n\nLead strategic and complex projects.\n\nYour profile\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Technologies or a related field.\n\nMinimum 5 years of Project Management experience within Healthcare, Hospitals or Medical Devices.\n\nProven experience managing technical projects in hospital environments is essential.\n\nExperience with operating rooms, surgical environments, medical equipment or hospital installations is a strong advantage.\n\nProven ability to manage projects end-to-end and coordinate multiple stakeholders.\n\nExperience working with customers, technical teams, suppliers and subcontractors.\n\nStrong project planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.\n\nFluent Italian and professional English.\n\nAvailability to travel extensively throughout Italy.\n\nPlease note: previous Project Management experience within Healthcare, Hospitals or Medical Devices is required.
