You just found it.\nTraining Coordinator with English\n\nWe’re looking for a candidate to join our global Training Coordination team, focused on driving knowledge transition and shaping a modern approach to training management and delivery.\nIn this role, you’ll coordinate trainings for Getinge employees, distributors, and customers worldwide, working closely with Training Portfolio Managers as well as regional teams, trainers, and onsite staff to ensure smooth delivery and compliant documentation. Join us and be part of the journey!\n\nMain responsibilities can be divided into three areas :\nCoordination and administration of content development, approval process & managementLearning Management System (LMS) administration\nAdministration and set-up of learning path in the LMS\nDocument management and uploading of updated master files\nCoordination of local adaptations of the training material (e.g. translations)\nEnsuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution of training coordination tasks\n\nCoordination and administration of training delivery Classroom trainings coordination and administration in LMS\nCoordination of logistics arrangements for classroom trainings (i.e. booking rooms, catering, etc.)\nAdministration of access requests from external users in MyProfile\nCoordination of trainers, participants, facilities, equipment, and other required resources\nMonitoring completion of pre- and post-training activities\nCollection, consolidation and sharing of participant and facilitator feedback\nTracking certification and recertification processes for customer-facing staff to ensure ongoing compliance\nSupporting audits by retrieving and providing training data upon request\n\nSupport for LMS development and usersFirst line LMS support for learners, trainers, managers and various Academy roles\nActing as LMS trainer for the various roles when required\nManaging requests from External Partners for LMS access\nSupporting testing and continuous improvement of LMS functionality and other company systems.\nManaging and responding to stakeholder inquiries related to training coordination and LMS usage\nIdentifying opportunities for process improvement and raising potential risks or issues\n\nRequirements:\nA minimum of 12 months’ experience in training operations or administrative roles\nBasic coordination or project support experience is an advantage\nExperience with modern Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an asset\nA degree in education, administration, or a related field is preferred\nStrong organizational skills with a structured and persistent approach to tasks\nProactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to resolve issues effectively\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n Full professional proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is a must\nAdvanced level of German is required\nAbility to work collaboratively in diverse, cross-functional teams within an international environment\nFamiliarity with Power BI or strong proficiency in MS Excel is beneficial but not required#LI-MD1\n\nAbout us\nWith a firm belief that every person and community should have access to the best possible care, Getinge provides hospitals and life science institutions with products and solutions aiming to improve clinical results and optimize workflows.
