You just found it.\nThis role is defined term 12-18 months\nJob Overview\nResponsible for the planning, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of global quality training programs in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Business Areas (BAs), ensuring alignment with business needs and applicable regulatory requirements.\nThis is a Defined Term position for 18 months.\nJob Responsibilities and Essential Duties\nPlanning:\nInitiate, scope and lead projects for new quality training programs according to the Global Quality Training Strategy\nCapture and analyze user needs, define solutions, tools, propose new ways of working \nTraining design and development:\nDesign and develop quality training programs in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Business Areas (BAs)\nEnsure all training design and development align with the Global Quality Training Strategy and High-Performance Learning Journey (HPLJ) framework and business needs.\nDefine learning objectives and develop course description templates.\nDefine desired learning outcomes and develop appropriate means for training effectiveness check.\nDevelop training material packages in line with relevant quality documentation and requirements.\nCoordinate the translation process with Global Sales and other entities\nEnsure the approval, version control, and filing of global master training materials in accordance with internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).\nDevelop, negotiate, and manage budgets for training-related investments.\nTraining Delivery and Effectiveness:\nCommunicate and coordinate the implementation of new global quality training programs across all Business Areas (ACT, SW, LS, and GS).\nRecommend applicable target roles for training content and support sites in assigning training to relevant employees.\nWork with Academy Operations teams to retrieve, monitor, and analyze data related to quality training to evaluate training completion, effectiveness, and compliance.\nIdentify and analyze organizational and individual learning and development needs and propose new or updated training programs accordingly.\nQuality System Duties and Responsibilities:\nBuild Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.\nRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities\nBachelor’s Degree in Education, Business, or a related field of study.\nA minimum of 5 years of relevant experience\nExperience developing training related to Quality processes and documentation is an advantage.\nExcellent project management skills, with a proven track record of leading through empowerment and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. \nExperience in developing and delivering effective training strategies, including: \nConducting training needs analysis \nDefining critical behaviors and learning objectives \nApplying L&D tools, processes, and adult learning principles \nMeasuring and evaluating learning outcomes \nDemonstrated ability to manage and lead projects \nExperience working across multifunctional and virtual teams. \nProven communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. \nAbility to learn and develop a strong understanding of how learning improves business performance.\nStrong team player with a collaborative mindset, with the ability to take ownership and responsibility.\nSelf-driven, with the ability to independently drive projects forward.\nEffective communication and presentation skills including training others. \nStrong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate and manage both the big picture and the details.\nInternal and External Contacts/Relationships\nGetinge Academy personnel (Head of Quality Training, Operations team, Global Program Leads) \nRepresentatives from the GetQMS team (Subject Matter Experts)\nRepresentatives from the BAs (ACT, SW, LS, GS)\nRepresentatives from Group & Corporate functions (Customer Experience, HR, QRC, Indirect purchasing, Finance & IT)\nLearning partners, training providers and relevant organizations\nThe base salary for this position is a mimumum of $100,000 and a maximum of $125,000, per year\nAbout us\nWith a firm belief that every person and community should have access to the best possible care, Getinge provides hospitals and life science institutions with products and solutions aiming to improve clinical results and optimize workflows.
