Our rapidly growing environment is the perfect opportunity to take initiative and create your legacy.\nWe are looking for a Training Manager (Operations & Field) who will take full ownership of our training strategy and lead the development of our franchise, field, and warehouse teams within our fast-growing operational structure.\nThis role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, standardization across the field, and continuous performance improvement.\nWhat You'll Be Doing?\nDevelop and manage the annual training strategy and training calendar for franchise, field, and warehouse teams\nDesign and deliver training programs covering operational processes, system usage, and company standards\nBuild and implement structured onboarding programs for new franchise and field teams\nConduct training needs analyses and develop performance-driven development programs\nCreate and maintain training materials including presentations, documentation, videos, e-learning modules, and guides\nPlan and deliver update sessions regarding process changes and new implementations\nCoordinate training delivery, monitor participation and completion rates\nEstablish evaluation and feedback mechanisms to measure training effectiveness\nDefine training KPI's, provide regular reporting, and drive continuous improvement initiatives\nStandardize and scale training processes to support company growth\nAdapt supplier-provided training content to company standards and operational needs\nManage relationships with external training providers when needed\nCollaborate closely with Operations, Logistics, HR, Commercial, and Technology teams\nWhat You'll Bring?\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field\nProven experience in training design and adult learning methodologies\nExperience in field operations, franchise management, retail, or logistics is a plus\nValid drivers license and willingness to conduct warehouse visits as required\nStrong background in training needs analysis and performance measurement\nExcellent content development and presentation skills\nStrong analytical and reporting capabilities\nEffective communication and stakeholder management skills\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment\nWhy This Role?\nOpportunity to lead training strategy within a rapidly scaling operation\nDirect impact on field performance and operational excellence\nAbility to build scalable and sustainable learning systems\nYou as a Getirian\nYou are a good person first, everything else is secondary.
