kontrol, operasyonel kontrol, operasyon, bayi yönetimi veya benzer alanlarda minimum 5 yıl deneyim sahibi,\nFranchise veya bayi yönetimi süreçlerinde doğrudan tecrübeli,\nKPI ve performans yönetimi sistemleri konusunda bilgi sahibi,\nSüreç kontrolü ve uyum (compliance) süreçlerinde aktif görev almış,\nAnalitik düşünme ve raporlama yeteneği yüksek,\nMS Excel başta olmak üzere MS Office programlarını ileri düzeyde/etkin kullanabilen,\nVeri analizi yapabilen ve sonuç odaklı çalışma disiplinine sahip,\nYazılı ve sözlü iletişim becerileri güçlü,\nDetay odaklı, disiplinli ve sorumluluk bilinci
