You will be responsible for real-time technical support, defect management, and coordination of maintenance activities across our network. Working in a dynamic operational environment, you’ll collaborate closely with flight crews, maintenance providers, and internal departments to ensure aircraft availability and reliability all the time.Your responsibilities will include:\nActing as the primary point of contact for all daily and non-routine technical queries, troubleshooting, and discrepancies\nMonitoring aircraft technical status and flight schedule changes, ensuring continuous airworthiness and timely adjustment of maintenance activities\nCoordinating and managing AOG situations, ensuring effective communication and recovery actions\nMonitoring and controlling deferred defects, ensuring proper follow-up until final rectification\nCoordinating maintenance activities with Part-145 organizations and internal teams\nProviding technical support to flight crews and maintenance providers \nInitiating and coordinating troubleshooting activities for repetitive or complex defects\nReviewing aircraft technical documentation and ensuring accurate and timely data entry into maintenance systems (e.g. OASES, eCentral8)\nSupporting operational decision-making to minimize delays and disruptions\nPreparing and distributing daily aircraft Maintenance Orders.\nWe expect You to:\nExperience in MCC, CAMO, or Part-145 environment (minimum 1-2 years preferred)\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work under pressure and make decisions in time-critical situations\nGood understanding of aircraft systems and troubleshooting principles\nProactive mindset\nKnowledge of EASA Part-M / Part-CAMO / Part-145 regulations\nFluent written and spoken English\nGood IT skills and experience with maintenance systems.
