The role supports the continuing airworthiness and maintenance functions by ensuring that aircraft maintenance records, component records, lifelimited parts data, and other technical documentation are properly recorded, reviewed, controlled, and readily available for operational and regulatory requirements.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date aircraft technical records in accordance with company procedures and applicable aviation regulations. \nReview, process, and archive aircraft maintenance documentation, including: Aircraft maintenance work orders and task cards, Aircraft technical logs, Installation records, Component removal and Certificates and release-to-service documentation, Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs) and modifications, Life-limited and time-controlled component records, Engine, APU, landing gear, and other major component records.\n\nVerify technical records for completeness, accuracy, signatures, dates, references, and traceability.\n\nMonitor aircraft and component hours, cycles, landings, calendar limitations, and other relevant technical data.\n\nEnsure records are properly scanned, indexed, filed, and retained in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.\n\nIdentify missing, inconsistent, or incomplete documentation and coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, CAMO, and other relevant departments to resolve discrepancies.\n\nSupport aircraft records reviews, internal audits, regulatory inspections, lease returns, aircraft transfers, and records due-diligence activities.\n\nPrepare technical records packages and documentation for aircraft deliveries, returns, sales, leases, and maintenance events.\n\nMaintain confidentiality and security of controlled technical documentation.\n\nSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of technical records processes and electronic records systems.\n\nEnsure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, including those of the relevant aviation authority and approved maintenance/continuing airworthiness organizations.\n\nPerform other technical records and administrative duties as assigned.\n\nWe expect You to have:\nStrong attention to detail and excellent document-control skills.\n\nGood organizational and time-management skills.\n\nAbility to identify discrepancies and follow issues through to resolution.\n\nGood computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications.\n\nExperience with aircraft maintenance or technical records management systems is an advantage.\n\nGood written and spoken English.\n\nAbility to work independently as well as effectively within a multidisciplinary team.\n\nNice to have skills:\nHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail.\nAbility to manage large volumes of technical documentation.\nGood communication and coordination skills.\nProactive and structured approach to work.\nSafety- and compliance-oriented mindset.\nWe offer:\nOpportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic airline environment.\nProfessional growth and development within the organization.\nPossibility to travel on company network at reduced rates.\nAdditional day off during your birthday month.\nAdditional benefits package: partner discounts, food treats, other fun activities in the office and more.\n Monthly salary from 1300 -
