WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Global Sales Associate, these will be some of the key activities in your day-to-day role:
- Support senior sales representatives in managing strategic global accounts, including large multinational corporations and companies within the global Top 250.
- Develop a strong understanding of Getnet’s Acquiring, Gateway and PSP solutions, building expertise in the payments and e-commerce ecosystem.
- Prepare and support the delivery of client pitches, proposals and commercial deals throughout the sales cycle.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of existing client relationships.
- Support prospecting, solution design, negotiation, implementation and client activation across international markets.
- Manage assigned client portfolios and contribute to building long-term commercial relationships with corporate and multinational accounts.
- Maintain pipeline reviews, Salesforce/CRM management, reporting and commercial planning activities.
- Collaborate with Product, Legal, Operations, Marketing and Business teams to shape solutions and deliver successful go-to-market initiatives.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are in search of a Global Sales Associate to join our team in Madrid, Spain, with the following qualifications and background:
Professional Experience
- 4-6 years of professional experience in Sales, Business Development, Cash Management or a similar commercial role. (Required)
- Experience working with corporate or multinational accounts in complex customer environments. (Required)
- Professional experience in payments, particularly Acquiring, Gateway, PSP, payment processing or e-commerce. (Preferred)
- Experience supporting complex sales cycles from opportunity identification through client activation. (Preferred)
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field. (Required)
Languages
- English, professional proficiency. (Required)
- Spanish, professional proficiency. (Required)
- Portuguese or French, professional proficiency. (Preferred)
Hard Skills
Required
- Knowledge or strong professional interest in the payments and digital commerce ecosystem. (Required)
- Ability to manage commercial activities across client portfolios, opportunities and sales pipelines. (Required)
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. (Required)
Preferred
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms. (Preferred)
- Knowledge of Acquiring, Gateway, PSP solutions or payment processing. (Preferred)
