With flexibility and autonomy built into how we work, you’ll have the space to focus, collaborate, and perform at your best. \nHere, your impact matters, your growth is supported, and your experience is designed to help you thrive. \nWHAT YOU’LL DO \nAs a Global Sales Associate, these will be some of the key activities in your day-to-day role: \nSupport senior sales representatives in managing strategic global accounts, including large multinational corporations and companies within the global Top 250. \nDevelop a strong understanding of Getnet’s Acquiring, Gateway and PSP solutions, building expertise in the payments and e-commerce ecosystem. \nPrepare and support the delivery of client pitches, proposals and commercial deals throughout the sales cycle. \nIdentify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of existing client relationships. \nSupport prospecting, solution design, negotiation, implementation and client activation across international markets. \nManage assigned client portfolios and contribute to building long-term commercial relationships with corporate and multinational accounts. \nMaintain pipeline reviews, Salesforce/CRM management, reporting and commercial planning activities. \nCollaborate with Product, Legal, Operations, Marketing and Business teams to shape solutions and deliver successful go-to-market initiatives. \nWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR \nWe are in search of a Global Sales Associate to join our team in Madrid, Spain, with the following qualifications and background: \nProfessional Experience \n4-6 years of professional experience in Sales, Business Development, Cash Management or a similar commercial role. (Required) \nExperience working with corporate or multinational accounts in complex customer environments. (Required) \nProfessional experience in payments, particularly Acquiring, Gateway, PSP, payment processing or e-commerce. (Preferred) \nExperience supporting complex sales cycles from opportunity identification through client activation. (Preferred) \nEducation \nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field. (Required) \nLanguages \nEnglish, professional proficiency. (Required) \nSpanish, professional proficiency. (Required) \nPortuguese or French, professional proficiency. (Preferred) \nHard Skills \nRequired \nKnowledge or strong professional interest in the payments and digital commerce ecosystem. (Required) \nAbility to manage commercial activities across client portfolios, opportunities and sales pipelines. (Required) \nProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. (Required) \nPreferred \nExperience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms. (Preferred) \nKnowledge of Acquiring, Gateway, PSP solutions or payment processing.
