WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Global Brand & Experience Project Lead, these will be some of the key activities in your day-to-day role:

• Define the concept, purpose and customer journey for a distinctive physical Getnet brand and product experience, establishing principles that can scale across markets.
• Translate Getnet’s brand, products, technology and value proposition into simple, compelling physical experiences, product demonstrations and storytelling.
• Shape the requirements for architecture, interior design, furniture, technology, signage and customer flows, ensuring brand, functionality and user experience work together coherently.
• Lead the project end to end, owning the roadmap, budget, milestones and delivery plan from initial concept through physical implementation and launch.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Technology, Commercial, Operations and Procurement, while managing agencies, designers, production partners and other suppliers.
• Drive the initial international roll-out across Madrid, Brazil and Mexico, balancing global consistency with local customer, product and operational needs.
• Develop activation plans that generate customer engagement and recurring use of the experience while supporting commercial and marketing priorities.
• Define success metrics and feedback mechanisms across usage, customer engagement, product interaction, commercial contribution and brand impact to continuously improve the concept.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are in search of a Global Brand & Experience Project Lead to join our Brand & Marketing Global team, with the following qualifications and background:

Professional Experience

• Significant experience in Trade Marketing, Brand Experience, Retail Experience, Customer Experience, Product Marketing or Experiential Marketing.(Required)
• Proven track record of owning complex projects from initial concept through physical implementation and launch.(Required)
• Experience translating products and technology into simple, engaging customer experiences.(Required)
• Experience managing creative agencies, designers, production partners and/or architectural teams.(Required)
• Experience operating internationally and coordinating multiple markets and stakeholders.(Required)
• Experience in retail, payments, fintech, technology, telecommunications, consumer electronics, banking or hospitality.(Preferred)
• Experience designing or operating flagship experiences, concept stores, experience centres, innovation hubs, showrooms or service-led retail environments.(Preferred)

Education

• More than 10-12 years.

Languages

• Fluent English plus Spanish and/or Portuguese.(Required)
• Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese.(Preferred)

Hard Skills

• End-to-end project management, including roadmaps, budgets, milestones, dependencies and delivery planning.
• Brand and product experience design, including customer journeys, product demonstrations and experiential activation.
• Agency, supplier and multi-stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of architecture, interior design, spatial design or retail design.
• Experience with interactive technology and digital product demonstrations in physical environments.

Soft Skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to build concepts from the ground up.
• Strong customer and commercial mindset.
• Hands-on, execution-driven approach.
• Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across functions and markets.
• Strong design sensitivity and understanding of how brand, product, physical environment and service come together.
