With flexibility and autonomy built into how we work, you’ll have the space to focus, collaborate, and perform at your best.\nHere, your impact matters, your growth is supported, and your experience is designed to help you thrive. \nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nAs a Global Brand & Experience Project Lead, these will be some of the key activities in your day-to-day role:\nDefine the concept, purpose and customer journey for a distinctive physical Getnet brand and product experience, establishing principles that can scale across markets.\nTranslate Getnet’s brand, products, technology and value proposition into simple, compelling physical experiences, product demonstrations and storytelling.\nShape the requirements for architecture, interior design, furniture, technology, signage and customer flows, ensuring brand, functionality and user experience work together coherently.\nLead the project end to end, owning the roadmap, budget, milestones and delivery plan from initial concept through physical implementation and launch.\nCoordinate stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Technology, Commercial, Operations and Procurement, while managing agencies, designers, production partners and other suppliers.\nDrive the initial international roll-out across Madrid, Brazil and Mexico, balancing global consistency with local customer, product and operational needs.\nDevelop activation plans that generate customer engagement and recurring use of the experience while supporting commercial and marketing priorities.\n Define success metrics and feedback mechanisms across usage, customer engagement, product interaction, commercial contribution and brand impact to continuously improve the concept.\nWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR\nWe are in search of a Global Brand & Experience Project Lead to join our Brand & Marketing Global team, with the following qualifications and background:\nProfessional Experience\nSignificant experience in Trade Marketing, Brand Experience, Retail Experience, Customer Experience, Product Marketing or Experiential Marketing.(Required)\nProven track record of owning complex projects from initial concept through physical implementation and launch.(Required)\nExperience translating products and technology into simple, engaging customer experiences.(Required)\nExperience managing creative agencies, designers, production partners and/or architectural teams.(Required)\nExperience operating internationally and coordinating multiple markets and stakeholders.(Required)\nExperience in retail, payments, fintech, technology, telecommunications, consumer electronics, banking or hospitality.(Preferred)\nExperience designing or operating flagship experiences, concept stores, experience centres, innovation hubs, showrooms or service-led retail environments.(Preferred)\nEducation\nMore than 10-12 years.\nLanguages\nFluent English plus Spanish and/or Portuguese.(Required)\nFluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese.(Preferred)\nHard Skills\nEnd-to-end project management, including roadmaps, budgets, milestones, dependencies and delivery planning.\nBrand and product experience design, including customer journeys, product demonstrations and experiential activation.\nAgency, supplier and multi-stakeholder management.\nKnowledge of architecture, interior design, spatial design or retail design.\nExperience with interactive technology and digital product demonstrations in physical environments.\nSoft Skills\nEntrepreneurial mindset and ability to build concepts from the ground up.\nStrong customer and commercial mindset.\nHands-on, execution-driven approach.\nAbility to influence and align senior stakeholders across functions and markets.\nStrong design sensitivity and understanding of how brand, product, physical environment and service come together.\nAbility to balance global consistency with different market realities.\nGetnet is proud of being an organization where there are equal opportunities regardless of age, gender, disability, civil status, race, religion or sexual orientation.
