(Required)\nProven experience leading teams or multidisciplinary projects. (Required)\nExperience in payments, fintech or banking environments. (Preferred)\nLanguages\nFluent English. (Required)\nFluent Spanish. (Required)\nPortuguese language proficiency. (Preferred)\nHard Skills\nKnowledge of AI/ML technologies, Advanced Analytics and Data Platforms, including tools such as Databricks, Azure and Power BI. (Required)\nKnowledge of AI productization, lifecycle management and compliance frameworks. (Required)\nPreferred\nExperience with MLOps and/or LLMOps. (Preferred)\nSoft Skills\nStrong organizational and analytical skills. (Required)\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
