You'll get a front-row seat (and a hand on the wheel) at a growing startup serving critical construction businesses. This is a role for someone who loves solving problems and using AI to move faster each day.\nWhat you'll do\nTalk to customers, understand the root of their problems, and ship efficient solutions.\n\nBuild AI-powered product-operations loops - using agents and evals to automate discovery, analysis, QA, and the day-to-day of running product.\n\nDevelop our product-led growth motion - self-serve feature, activation, and expansion loops that grow ACV.\n\nDefine success metrics, analyze usage data to find trends and opportunities, and lead launches with sales, CS, and marketing.\n\nHelp shape OneCrew's AI features as we build agentic workflows across our platform.\n\nWho you are\nEarly-to-mid career and hungry - you're looking for an environment to truly maximize your impact and grow ridiculously fast. You're an excellent manager of yourself, and you consider feedback on your work and performance a gift - never something to avoid.\n\nSelf-directed and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced startup - you close loops and finish what you start.\n\nStrong writer and communicator who can align engineers, designers, and go-to-market partners around both the vision and the details. You're constantly developing your ability to influence.\n\nSystems thinker - you’re always looking for patterns, models, and relationships.\n\nAI-first in how you work and think: you reach for agents, evals, and automation loops by default, and you have opinions about where they help and where they don't.\n\nHighly analytical - able to take in quantitative and qualitative information and make fast, data-driven decisions while keeping customer empathy front and center.\n\nYou're already a power user of Claude Code, Google Sheets, and Figma.
