Some example projects include:\nBuild AI-powered platform tooling that identifies the root causes of recurring operational work (KTLO), automates repetitive tasks, and recommends long-term engineering improvements.\n\nCreate an internal developer platform including a software catalog, service ownership model, and engineering portal that teams actually enjoy using, whether they're working in microservices or monoliths.\n\nImprove developer experience by building workflows, automation, and self-service infrastructure that reduce cognitive load, streamline onboarding, and eliminate common sources of engineering friction.\n\nLeverage LLMs and AI agents to automate platform operations, incident response, documentation, engineering support, and developer workflows.\n\nPartner closely with engineering teams to identify platform gaps, improve reliability, and build scalable infrastructure that enables product teams to focus on delivering customer value.\n\nWhat we're looking for:\nResourceful engineers who thrive in high-agency, fast-moving environments.\n\nExperience building platform engineering, developer infrastructure, DevEx, SRE, or internal tooling.\n\nYou've been an early engineering hire, founder, or have built and shipped meaningful side projects from scratch.\n\nStrong systems thinking with a passion for improving engineering productivity through thoughtful tooling and automation.\n\nExperience building with LLMs, AI agents, and agentic workflows to solve real engineering problems.\n\nComfortable working across infrastructure, backend systems, and
