You will monitor a high volume of transactions and help ensure riders are charged accurately and receive refunds on time.\nYou will work closely with Product, Finance, Data, and Engineering, as well as payment service providers (PSPs) and acquiring banks.\nResponsibilities\nMonitor authorization rates, investigate failed transactions, and resolve payment incidents.\nOptimize authorizations, captures, refunds, and recurring charges to improve payment conversion and reduce processing costs.\nBuild automated dashboards with SQL and business intelligence (BI) tools to track key payment metrics and help teams prioritize improvements.\nWork with internal teams to improve payment systems and streamline day-to-day operations through automation and AI tools.\nManage relationships with PSPs and acquiring banks to resolve processing issues and improve payment routing.\nRequirements\nAt least 3 years of experience in payment processing, banking, or fintech, with a strong understanding of the card payment lifecycle - required.\nDirect experience working with PSPs and acquiring banks and using payment orchestration and smart routing - required.\nHands-on experience with 3D Secure (3DS) and digital wallets such as Apple Pay or Google Pay - required.\nProficiency in SQL and data analysis, with familiarity with BI tools - required.\nExperience implementing workflow automation and AI tools - required.\nFluency in English and Hebrew and strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders - required.\nFamiliarity with Israeli payment infrastructure (SHVA and local acquirers) - an advantage.\nFamiliarity with payment reconciliation and fraud - an advantage.\nExperience with high transaction volumes or in mobility or marketplaces - an advantage.\nAt Gett, we’re committed to creating an inclusive, respectful environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to succeed.
