As an R&D Program Manager, you will play a key role in managing complex Agile technology projects as well as helping shape the way teams are working in Agile.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead complex, end-to-end, cross-organizational projects, bridging Development, Operations, R&D, and Product teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution.
- Drive the adoption of AI tools to optimize project management, workflows, and productivity.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement by coaching teams on Agile methodologies, proactively identifying workflow inefficiencies, refining processes, and fostering deep collaboration between R&D, Product, and Operation teams.
- Motivate and align cross-functional teams through transparent communication and stakeholder engagement, influencing effectively across all organizational levels.
- Solve challenges and drive impactful outcomes independently.
Requirements
Skills and experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Program management/ PMO
- Profound project management experience in the software industry
- PMP Certification
- Experience in Jira administration
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Decision making, task prioritization, and on-time delivery capabilities
- Lead without authority skills
- Independent, thinks outside the box, presentable, excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in quality methodologies / CI / CD- advantage
- Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering / Information Systems or equivalent
