Operating under regular supervision, this role routinely collaborates with suppliers and internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues efficiently.\nMajor Job Responsibilities\nResponsible for processing PO and non-PO invoices, including verifying any sales and use tax that may or may not be required and any withholding on out-of-state or foreign suppliers\nReview the invoices for appropriate documentation and process 2-way and 3-way matching against Purchase Orders and Receipt records\nRoute invoices through workflow approval chains and investigate invoice exceptions (e.g., price or quantity variances, missing receipts, budget discrepancies)\nPrepare daily pay cycles to provide timely and accurate payments (checks, ACH, ePayables, Zelle, domestic and international wire transfers)\nPrepare weekly travel and expense processing\nCommunicate, resolve discrepancies, and AP related inquiries from the suppliers and Getty staff\nResearch and resolve pending and returned payments, including void, reissue, or cancel liability\nReconciles supplier statements, investigates past-due invoices, payment reminders, and resolves invoice issues\nMaintains accurate and clear records of all activities, as required\nSupports supplier management activities, such as communicating with suppliers to address inquiries and resolve outstanding issues\nAssists in the month-end closing responsibilities\nContributes to process mapping initiatives and Standard Operating Procedure (“SOP”) document drafting for the Accounts Payable department\nCompletes special projects and miscellaneous assignments as required\nPerform ad-hoc Accounts Payable related tasks assigned\nQualifications\nHigh School Diploma/GED\nBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance related field preferred\n5+ years accounting support experience\nMinimum 3+ years of hands-on experience using Oracle Accounts Payable (11i and/or R12)\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\nKnowledge of standard Accounts Payable/General Ledger systems and procedures\nAdept at data analytics and reporting\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nExcellent customer service/interpersonal skills\nAbility to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively while adjusting focus based on business urgency\nStrong computer skills and demonstrated experience with office software, email applications, and financial reporting systems applications\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when necessary\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail\nBenefits and Perks\nHere are just some examples that Getty offers/provides for full-time employees:\nMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance coverage, starting on date of hire.
