This role supports key internal workflows, coordination across teams, and the day-to-day delivery of customer projects.\nYou will work at the intersection of operations, product, and customer delivery, playing a client-facing role while also owning and maintaining operational and platform documentation. This position offers strong exposure to both internal tools and customer-facing processes.\nWhat you'll do\nBuild and maintain conversational AI agents using our internal platform, designing conversation flows, business logic, and decision trees for real customer use cases\nConfigure integrations with external systems and APIs to deliver end-to-end AI solutions and implement automation of workflows using tools such as Activepieces or n8n\nTest, debug, and continuously optimize AI agents before and after production deployments by analyzing real customer conversations\nSupport customer deployments by troubleshooting technical issues alongside the Forward-Deployed Engineering team\nCollaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions and reusable deployment components\nRequirements\nWhat we’re looking for:\n Final-year Master’s student (engineering or equivalent) looking for a hands-on operational role\nStrong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills\nComfortable working across multiple tools and collaborating with different teams\nKnowledge of SQL, Python, and workflow automation (n8n, ActivePieces, Make)\nFluent in English and at least one additional language (French, German, Portuguese, etc.)\nPrevious exposure to SaaS operations, customer success, or process documentation\nBenefits\nWhat we
