You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative products that meet healthcare compliance, security, and regulatory requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native and on-premise environments, using modern software engineering practices.\nBuild and enhance distributed microservices-based systems with high availability, performance, and security.\nDevelop RESTful APIs and enterprise-grade backend services.\nBuild responsive and modern user interfaces using contemporary frontend frameworks.\nDesign and implement containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.\nWork with messaging systems and distributed event-driven architectures.\nDevelop AI-powered applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs)\nUtilize AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and software quality.\nBuild secure, compliant software aligned with healthcare regulations and industry best practices.\nDesign and implement CI/CD pipelines and participate in DevOps initiatives.\nCollaborate closely with product managers, architects, QA engineers, and clinical domain experts.\nIntegrate healthcare applications with industry interoperability standards including HL7, FHIR, and CDA.\nParticipate in architecture discussions, code reviews, mentoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.\n5+ years of software development experience\nProven experience building large-scale cloud-native distributed systems using AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or OCI.\nStrong expertise in Java, Python, Node.js\nDeep understanding of microservices, API design, Kubernetes, Docker, messaging systems, and distributed architectures.\nStrong experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.\nExperience building or integrating AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI Agents.\nHands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Windsurf, or similar AI coding assistants.\nStrong understanding of software engineering best practices, design patterns, secure coding, and CI/CD pipelines.\nExperience with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, or CDA.\nFamiliarity with HIPAA, healthcare security, and data privacy regulations.\nHands-on experience with Hibernate, JPA, and enterprise Java application development\nAbout Get Well:\nNow part of the SAI Group family, Get Well is redefining digital patient engagement by putting patients in control of their personalized healthcare journeys, both inside and outside the hospital.
