We achieve this through close partnership with Growth Analytics and Marketing teams, enabling teams to move faster with confidence.\nYour mission\nOwn the data end-to-end: Deliver reliable, high-quality data solutions that enable growth decision-making across acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retention.\nBe a trusted thought partner: Work closely with Marketing, Analytics and Engineering to translate business needs into delivered outcomes and drive adoption of trusted, self-serve data capabilities.\nDrive technical excellence in the stack: Lead system design for new capabilities and continuously evolve what's already in production - architecture, testing, observability, performance, and cost efficiency - with a bias toward simplicity, reusability, and maintainability.\nStrong operational mindset: Maintain a sustainable balance between operational responsibilities and building new solutions, using team SLOs as an input to prioritize improvements.\nLevel up the team and shape how we build: Raise the engineering bar through strong code reviews, design input, and hands-on support, and influence standards and technology choices with a focus on simplicity, reusability, and maintainability.\nYour toolkit\nExperience: 5+ years in a relevant data role. You've built and owned a data domain end-to-end - from source integration through to the models and metrics that downstream teams depend on\nCommunication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, able to explain technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.\nData engineering depth: Expertise in SQL & Python, building robust data pipelines and data models, and operating data at scale in warehouses/lakes (e.g., Delta, Snowflake, PostgreSQL/MySQL) with strong focus on data quality, accuracy, and reliability.
