We own the systems that decide how our marketplace is understood and organized: location and travel category tagging that powers landing pages, the landing page eligibility framework that unlocks marketing efficiency at scale, destination maps and travel-relevance models that steer supply acquisition into untapped markets, and the Customer Lifetime Value model that shifts the company from short-term revenue optimization to long-term customer value. Many of these systems are LLM-based and running in production today.\nAs the Senior Data Science Manager of Central Data Products, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of a portfolio of data and ML products used across the company. Your team is senior and cross-functional (Data Scientists, MLOps Engineers, and a Product Manager), and its output is measured in company-level business impact, not in models shipped.\nYour mission\nLead all hiring and performance management processes for your team, helping Data Scientists and MLOps Engineers reach their full potential in a domain that mixes classical ML, LLMs, and production data infrastructure.\nDrive high-impact outcomes by managing the team's roadmap and portfolio allocation across a diverse set of horizontal data products, making explicit trade-offs between exploration, productionalization, and ongoing operations.\nFind and deliver solutions to complex technical challenges that span multiple services and business domains, from marketplace tagging quality to predictive customer models.\nOwn adoption, not just delivery.
