If you’re looking for a company that truly cares about its people and its customers, GFI Digital is for you.\nPosition Summary: The Supply Clerk is an entry-level supply team member who's responsible for receiving and accurately filling supply requests for all GFI customers and other branch locations.\nJob Type: Full Time\nPrincipal Duties & Responsibilities:\nDaily Duties\nAccurately fill supplies requests for all GFI Customers and other branch locations\nShip supplies on a daily basis\nResponsible for accurate supply inventories\nConfront and address all supply issues\nReceives supplies\nRotate stock\nPlanning\nMeet with Parts/Supply Supervisor to order supplies for stock\nWork with the Purchasing Department to order supplies and get ETA’s\nWeekly random inventory counts (Parts/Supply Supervisor will provide count sheets)\nCustomer Service\nAddress all customer issues quickly, professionally, and without bias\nAssist the Service Department with customer issues\nExhibit professional appearance and demeanor at all times\nMaintain productive, professional relationships with all GFI employee, customers, and vendors\nSupport all company policies and decisions\nKnowledge, Skill & Abilities:\n1. Knowledge: This position requires a basic knowledge of a warehouse environment. Must also have basic computer knowledge.\n2. Skills: Must possess excellent communication, accuracy, organization, interpersonal, and customer service skills.\n3. Abilities: Ability to meet deadlines.
