This opportunity will remain online based on business needs which may be before or after the specified date.\nThis role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.\nRole Description\n\nAs an ePMO Program Manager you will help build ‘one team’ across gFiber by assuring all cross-functional groups work as one unit towards common goals. In this role you will partner on cross-product and cross-team initiatives, working closely with cross-functional team members. As you partner with team members you will work to refine and develop our projects all the way from ideation, development, and training, to testing to full market launches. On a day to day basis you will be on-the-ground executing complex projects that bring internet access to people. Most importantly, you’re having fun, thriving in ambiguity, and enjoying being part of a great team!\n\nIn this role, you’ll:\n\nManage multiple interdependent projects of moderate to high complexity, customer impact and scope, with a wide range of cross-functional partners.\nPresent weekly project updates to organizational and executive leadership to ensure we meet project deadlines\nDrive project delivery, build consensus and challenge proposals when appropriate.\nOversee system readiness testing, or “SRT” and market readiness testing or “MRT”.\nAnticipate and creatively solve or escalate roadblocks when they arise \nCreate executive reporting within a given template and timing cycle.\n\nAt a minimum, we would like you to have:\n\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience\n4 years of project management, product management, operations or consulting experience.\nExperience presenting to executives and managing detailed minutiae with subject matter experts. \nDirect experience creating multiple program project plans simultaneously and active management of program risks, action items, issues, dependencies and decisions logs.\n\nIt’s preferred that you have:\n\n3+ Years of experience within the telecommunications industry \nMBA, Bachelor’s degree or a PMP Certification.\nExperience in deploying data and/or communications products to commercial or consumer customers.\nExperience tracking successful processes to determine current process states, and facilitating cross-functional process re-design sessions for improved efficiency, reduced costs, risk mitigation, etc.\n\nThe US base salary for this full-time position is $119,000 - $191,300 + bonus + benefits.
