This opportunity will remain online based on business needs which may be before or after the specified date.\nThis role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.\nRole Description \n\nAs a Technical Operations Manager, specializing in repair and maintenance, you’ll drive product quality and customer experience improvements through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration. In your role, you will also manage financial planning processes, monitor network performance, and lead troubleshooting efforts. Additionally, you will manage vendor performance and provide local insights to centralized teams to drive refinement and innovation.\n\nIn this role, you’ll:\n\nDrive product quality and customer experience improvements. Use field data to drive quality improvements through cross-functional quality improvement forum.\nSupport financial planning processes such as business forecasting, target setting, and CapEx/OpEx budget. Manage operations schedule, budgets, actual costs, and performance.\nMonitor network performance and lead troubleshooting efforts for network systems. Prepare and implement MOPs and update network documentation based on changes in network topology.\nManage vendor performance for both inside and outside plant responsibilities.\nProvide local insight to centralized process management teams to jointly drive refinement and innovation. Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives to improve customer experience and overall cost structure of the business.\n\nAt a minimum, we would like you to have:\n\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\n6 years of experience in network operations, network engineering, or network construction.\n4 years experience building and maintaining telecommunication infrastructure, FTTH/X, network operations, and/or outside plant (OSP) projects.\nExperience with construction quality processes for predictive, proactive, and reactive quality management.\n\nIt’s preferred that you have:\n\nMaster's degree.\nPMP Certification.\n10 years of experience in network operations, network engineering, or network construction.\nExperience managing projects involving team members from multiple disciplines.\nExperience in keeping multiple critical stakeholders informed, and interacting with both external partners and internal groups.\nExperience working with vendors and management to continually improve, change, and develop procedures for efficient installations, and report up to leadership on market performance.\n\nThe US base salary range for this full-time position is between $100,100 - $121,600 + bonus + benefits.
