SQL, PowerShell, VBScript and command line.\nCreate reports using SSRS.\nPerform Regression as well as Sanity testing.\nDesign products/workflows which meet specification documents.\nGo-Live preparation and support.\nWork with product managers.\nPerform file/database backups, test and evaluate existing systems.\nInstall, configure, and maintain products.\nCreate product documentation.\nMonitor workflows and schedules for missed deadlines and respond to system alerts in a timely manner.\nReport and document incidents and escalate accordingly.\nBasic Qualifications:\nB.Sc. or BE with IT or CS background.\nTireless work ethics with working long hours.\nAbility & willingness to learn new things & technology.\nExcellent communication (written and verbal) and inter-personal skills.\nHands-on experiences with any scripting languages such as SQL, PowerShell, VBScript, command line, etc.\nHaving knowledge in any programming language like C# or java would be an added advantage.\n\nLocation:\nMumbai, India with availability to travel to the Middle East i.e., Saudi Arabia on a long term
