Python and modern frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).\nIntegrate and deliver frontend components using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) ensuring seamless user experience.\nArchitect performant, low-latency systems optimized for scalability, security, and reliability.\nLead and mentor a team of developers, conducting reviews and ensuring engineering best practices.\nCollaborate with product, design, and infrastructure teams to translate requirements into technical execution.\nManage delivery roadmaps and ensure timely execution of projects with structured documentation.\nExplore and integrate AI/ML techniques where applicable to enhance system capabilities.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments ensuring stability and performance.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.\nMaster's degree is preferred but not mandatory.\nCertifications or exposure in AI/ML will be an advantage.\n\nWORK EXPERIENCE\n4–7 years of professional experience in Python development.\nProven experience in designing and delivering applications across backend and frontend.\nStrong experience with at least one Python web framework (Django, Flask, FastAPI).\nExposure to frontend technologies (JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue).\nExperience leading development teams and owning delivery of projects.\nExposure to AI/ML projects (desirable but not mandatory).\nSKILLS, ABILITIES & KNOWLEDGE\nStrong Python programming skills with knowledge of application architecture.\nAbility to build complex, performant, and scalable systems.\nGood understanding of relational and non-relational databases.\nProficiency in frontend integration with backend services.\nStrong leadership and mentoring
