This is an entry-level finance position responsible for ensuring accurate financial documentation\nKey Responsibilities\n\nRecord financial transactions and perform data entry into accounting systems.\nProcess and review invoices, including accounts payable and receivable.\nReceive and record vouchers, cash, and checks.\nReconcile accounts and report discrepancies.\nMaintain financial filing systems and organize documents for audits.\nSupport Regional Controller with basic reports and reconciliations. \nUse accounting software to process transactions.\nEntering financial data and updating ledgers.\nReviewing invoices and receipts for accuracy.\nFiling and organizing financial documents.\nCommunicating with vendors and internal departments.\nWhat We're Looking For (Qualifications)\nHigh school diploma required; associate degree in accounting preferred. \nKnowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping. \nProficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nWhat We Offer\nWhy join us?
