The role involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, forecasting, budgeting, and collaborating with departments to identify cost savings and revenue opportunities.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nFinancial Analysis & Forecasting: Analyze financial statements, cash flow, profit/loss, and budget variances; forecast future performance.\nCost & Revenue Analysis: Identify cost reduction opportunities and revenue growth potential.\nMarket & Industry Research: Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform strategy.\nModeling & Data Analysis: Conduct variance analysis and use company statistical software to interpret data.\nProcess Improvement: Review and recommend changes to financial systems, procedures, and controls.\nCompliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls.\nCollaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, operations, HR, and IT to align financial data with business needs.\nAnalytical: Strong data interpretation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nWhat We're Looking For (Qualifications)\nBusiness Knowledge: Understanding of accounting, finance, and operational processes.\nTechnical: Knowledgeable Microsoft Excel and Google suite.
