In this role, you’ll ensure financial accuracy while helping keep our daily operations running smoothly.\nJob Responsibilities\n Process payments: Accurately post a mixture of incoming payments (checks, ACHs, credit cards, lockbox) to customer accounts within a 24-hour window.\nResearch & Reconcile: Review payments received without remittance information to locate the customer invoices and/or accounts being paid. Analyze and resolve accounting discrepancies in payment batches posted by the cash app team.\nManage Records: Prepare, log, and maintain organized records and reports of payments you post, reverse, or adjust in our team’s shared drive.\nCollaborate: Work with our customer service teams across the U.S. to resolve billing inquiries, locate and remedy customer’s misapplied payments, and approve/process customer refunds.\nJob Description\nExperience: Minimum 1 year working in accounts receivable, and/or handling high-volume payment applications.\n Education: High school diploma/GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in relevant field (accounting, business, finance) is a strong plus.\nSkills: Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and a talent for staying organized while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.\n Tech-Savvy: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google Workspace (Word, PDF editors, Google sheets, Google drive) as well as familiarity with accounts receivable software\nWe thank you for your interest.
