# Cash Applications Associate

Job Summary We’re looking for a Cash Application Associate that is detail-oriented, comfortable with to join our collaborative Cash Application Team at our Southfield office. In this role, you’ll ensure financial accuracy while helping keep our daily operations running smoothly. Job Responsibilities Process payments: Accurately post a mixture of incoming payments (checks, ACHs, credit cards, lockbox) to customer accounts within a 24-hour window. Research & Reconcile: Review payments received without remittance information to locate the customer invoices and/or accounts being paid. Analyze and resolve accounting discrepancies in payment batches posted by the cash app team. Manage Records: Prepare, log, and maintain organized records and reports of payments you post, reverse, or adjust in our team’s shared drive. Collaborate: Work with our customer service teams across the U.S. to resolve billing inquiries, locate and remedy customer’s misapplied payments, and approve/process customer refunds.
