This role focuses heavily on maintaining accurate account records, performing high-volume data entry, tracking customer information, and processing inquiries and service requests in a timely manner.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide professional customer service via phone, email, web, or in-person.\nHandle incoming/outgoing calls and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.\nTrack customer data, enter information into system databases, and maintain account files.\nCoordinate with operations, sales, and field staff to communicate instructions and resolve service issues.\nProcess payments, web requests, residential subscriptions, and customer refunds.\nPerform administrative tasks including credit checks, contract scanning, and account setups/cancellations.\nMaintain an organized workspace, assist office visitors, and adhere to company policies and regulations.\n Requirements:\nHigh School Diploma or GED.\nTwo (2) to five (5) years of customer service experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nAbility to implement solutions to general and specific customer concerns.\nAbility to work in fast-paced environment, meet time deadlines and perform under pressure.\nPossess good organizational skills and record keeping skills.\nPossess ability to speak and communicate effectively with customers and employees both verbally and in writing.\nProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel.\nGood problem solving ability.\nExcellent data entry skills. Physical/Mental Demands:\nAbility to stand, sit, walk, use hands and fingers, talk and hear.\nVisual Requirements: include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
