Provide general support to senior staff and perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure project deadlines are met.\n\nRequirements & Qualifications:\nTechnical Skills:Experience operating a skid steer or similar small machinery is considered a strong asset.\n\nProblem Solving:Ability to apply common sense reasoning to carry out instructions and solve practical problems.\n\nPhysical Stamina:* Ability to manually lift and move up to 65 lbsregularly.\n\nAbility to push or move up to 100 lbs with assistance.\n\nComfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and standing for long periods.\n\nReliability:Strong work ethic, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.\n\nCommunication:Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.\n\nWhy Join Us?\nWe offer a supportive team environment where hard work is recognized and there are opportunities for professional growth.
