About the Role We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team as General Yard Labourers. This role is primarily outdoor-based and plays a crucial part in maintaining our facility operations, ensuring site safety, and supporting our maintenance team year-round. This entry-level role requires a strong safety mindset, solid work ethic, and the ability to perform moderately labour-intensive and repetitive tasks in an outdoor yard environment. This is an excellent opportunity to grow and advance into other operational roles within the organization. The standard work schedule is 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities Perform general housekeeping, pick up yard debris/garbage, pull weeds, and trim trees to keep the site clean and safe. Assist team members with basic tasks such as valve replacements, lighting changes, painting, and general facility upkeep. Handle winter snow removal duties, including shoveling sidewalks and operating snow blowers. Maintain facility cleanliness through general housekeeping and equipment upkeep.
