# Operations Supervisor - Afternoons

Reporting directly to the Toronto Branch Manager or the site designate, the Operations Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of all operating and maintenance staff to assure safe efficient production of the facility while maintaining zero harm in a fast-paced work environment. Data analysis, facilitation and knowledge transfer will be a significant component of the role. You must have the ability to: Rotate between shifts. Prioritize and effectively respond to competing demands for resources. Understand waste classifications and best methods of processing or disposal. Troubleshooting and demonstrated organizational skills. Demonstrate the presence of a strong team player with the ability to work independently. Note: This position is responsible for managing afternoon and night shift operations and will require flexible work hours to accommodate the 3:00pm-11:00pm and 11:00pm- 7:00am shifts.
