The Proposal Coordinator will effectively collaborate with Sales and Operation teams in the development of exceptional RFP and client qualification related documents.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProduces deadline sensitive deliverables such as qualification packages, document reviews, etc.\n\nUpkeep of priority documents required for proposals\n\nAssists with the development of timely, high-quality and competitive proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, etc.\n\nAssists with contractual reviews\n\nOther tasks as assigned by management\n\nExperience, Skills, and Competencies:\nRelevant University degree or diploma\n\nExceptional writing and editing skills\n\nExceptional project and time management skills with the ability to remain well-organized\n\nDetail focused\n\nAble to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines\n\nStrong graphics skills\n\nExperience and success in working in collaborative, fast paced environment and delivering time sensitive submissions.\n\nWe thank you for your interest.
